Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
How do I subscribe?
Subscriptions are available in the GoodSpots app on iOS and Android. Download the app, sign in and subscribe from your profile.
Does Premium work on the website?
Yes. Log in on goodspots.app with the account you subscribed with, and route search, satellite view, fuel prices and tides work there too. Offline maps are only in the app, because the downloads are stored on your phone.
What happens to my lists if I cancel?
Your lists and saved spots stay in your account, and you can still open, edit and share them. You just can't have more than 3 lists until you subscribe again.
Does Premium work on all my devices?
Yes, your Premium subscription syncs across all devices where you're logged in with the same account.
I paid but I don't see Premium. What now?
Check that you are logged in with the account you subscribed with, in the app and on the website. Then open Premium in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”, using the same App Store or Google Play account you paid with.
I have a partner code — how do I use it?
Open the app, sign in, then go to your profile and tap “Enter a partner code”. Your Premium days are added straight away: there is nothing to pay and no subscription to cancel afterwards.
