This Website aims at helping to find parking and services spots for motorhomes around the world.

These spots must be validated before their first publication on This Website, and can be removed on legitimate demand.

3.1 - Mobile Applications

GoodSpots is also available as mobile applications for iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). These mobile applications are subject to the same terms of use as This Website, in addition to the terms and conditions of their respective app stores.

The mobile applications provide access to the same spots and services as This Website, with additional features optimized for mobile use.

4th paragraph - Intellectual property

The whole site, its name, architecture, or content either visual or sound, except for free content, remain the property of the publisher.

Reproducing all or parts of this site must be first, the object of a written agreement from the publisher (contact at the address above, in 1st paragraph). In any case, the source will be indicated.

The use of links pointing to the site is, nevertheless, permitted, the publisher keeping its right to ask for suppressing any reference to the site, including pictures, logos, screen shots, mentions and links, if their use was opposite to the object of the site.

8.1 - Paid Subscriptions

GoodSpots offers optional paid subscription plans ("GoodSpots Premium") that provide access to additional features. Subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly plans and can be purchased through the mobile applications via Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchases.

Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Refunds for subscriptions are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google, depending on where the purchase was made. GoodSpots does not directly process payments or handle refund requests for in-app purchases.

You can also support this Website by making a donation (please see the Support Us page).

9th paragraph - Responsibility

Regarding law, the Website responsibility can not be held for any damage due to the usage of this Website, including, but no exclusively, interruption of service.

10th paragraph - Litigation

The present terms of use are submitted to the French law. In case of conflict and by lack of reaching an agreement, the "Tribunal de Grande Instance" of Nantes is the only competent authority to settle the case, according to the 42nd article of the French "Code de procédure civile".
